In Erzurum, which will host the 2011 Inter-University Winter Olympics, preparations are underway. Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality has purchased a Scania truck to be used in infrastructure works.

The 25th Inter-University Winter Olympics, which will host 35 universities from various countries, will be held in Erzurum in 2011. Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality has purchased a Scania P380DB4x2NMZ truck to be used in the city's infrastructure works. The Scania truck, purchased by the Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality, was delivered in a ceremony attended by Erzurum Metropolitan Mayor Ahmet Küçükler, Doğuş Otomotiv Scania executives, and Güneri Makina Sales Manager Halil Kutlu.
