Information Notice Regarding CCTV Located In The Manufacturing And Office Building

This information notice has been prepared by Güneri Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures to be followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform.

CCTV surveillance are recorded through a total of 27 security cameras in the production facility area of our company in order to ensure security within the company, and the recording process is audited by the accounting and administrative affairs unit. Relevant recordings are preserved securely in the accounting and administrative affairs unit of our company and preserved for a period of 1 month. The aforementioned personal data shall not be accessed by anyone neither inside or outside the company except the specified unit. Such personal data shall not be transferred to a third party unless requested by the judicial authorities or law enforcement and it shall be destroyed at the end of the specified preservation period. 

The personal data in question is automatically processed on the basis of the legal reasons that "it is compulsory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation" and "it is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data controller" included in Article 5 of the Law.  If the legal reasons in question dissolve, your personal data will be destroyed in accordance with the relevant legislation.

The aforementioned personal data may be transferred to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement officers upon request in accordance with the resolution of legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

All your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the data subject, can be made in writing to Güneri Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi’nin Dilovası OSB, 4.
